Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a talking therapy. It is based on the idea that our thoughts, feelings and behaviour are all connected. Sometimes out patterns of thinking and behaving are unhelpful to us and we can end up feeling low or anxious. CBT helps us recognise these patterns and change them to more helpful styles. There is a lot of evidence to support CBT as a therapy for many conditions. Anxiety: Depression: Sleep Disorders: Trauma: OCD and many others.
